BUFCST Representatives meet with BUFC Chairman

BUFCST Representatives meet with BUFC Chairman

A meeting between representatives of the BUFCST and the Chairman, and Vice Chairman, of BUFC was held in the club's boardroom on Thursday 10th January 2008.

Many issues were discussed including:

  1. The state of the clubs current finances, both in the short and the long term.
  2. The current situation regarding the action being taken by the landlords to regain possession of the ground.
  3. The shareholders of BUFC.
  4. The possible parachute payments from the Football League.
  5. Current and long term finances of the club.
  6. The CVA.
  7. How best the BUFCST can work with the club for its long term future etc.

Permission was kindly given for the BUFCST to hold its monthly board meetings in the clubs board room, and to locate a secure mail box at the ground.

A full report will be given to Trust Members at a meeting to be arranged in the next few weeks.

It is also requested that ALL those who took part in our Santa Fun Run return the sponsorship monies pledged to Chris Cook at his print shop, at Bridge House, 94-96, Main Ridge East, Boston, Lincolnshire. PE21 6SY either by post, with the cheques payable to Boston United Supporters Society Limited, or in person, or by visiting our website and paying by PayPal.
