BUFCST end 2007 on a positive note

Following the successful 1st BUFCST Santa Fun Run on Sunday 16th December the BUFCST is requesting that all sponsorship monies due to the BUFCST should ideally be paid by cheque, payable to Boston United Supporters Society Limited and be sent either by post, or hand delivered, to Chris Cook at Chris Cook Print Shop, Bridge House, 94-96 Main Ridge East, Boston, PE21 65Y.

To all who supported the event we say a big thank you and assure you that the BUFCST has determined that it is to become an annual event. Various fun events are planned for 2008 as the BUFCST move to become an integral part of BUFC, as it moves to become the community club all parties desire.

As arguably the most dramatic, and at times traumatic year comes to a close, the BUFCST is encouraging all supporters to come on board and have their say in the future of their club.

Representatives of the BUFCST Board will be meeting with David Newton and his team on the 10th January 2008 to discuss both the current situation, and the long future of both BUFC and the BUFC Centre of Excellence. Members are being asked to submit their views and thoughts on the future of the club so the BUFCST can include any items raised in our questions, and discussions. A full report of that meeting will be conveyed to our members, so we again implore you the fans to join us, and help us shape the future of your football club.

May we wish all those with an interest in BUFC a very happy, peaceful and prosperous New Year and thank you all for your support, over the past year.
