The first AGM will be held on Friday 12th October 2007. The venue will be the Haven High Technology College, Marrian Road, Boston. Time 7.30 pm to 8.30 pm. It will be attended by BUFC chairman David Newton and manager Tommy Taylor.

Leading up to the AGM, election of officers will take place. Any adult member wishing to stand in the election is invited to do so by submitting the enclosed nomination form. To be received at the BUFCST address no later than 7th September 2007. There are 13 officers required.

On the 14th September 2007 ballot papers will be sent to all members. Completed ballot papers must be returned no later than the 28th September 2007. The result of the election will be announced at the AGM.

Any resolutions for the AGM must be received at the trust address no later than the 21st September 2007. The completed agenda and trust accounts will be sent to members on 28th September 2007.
